MELCOOPER is privately held and has been in business for over 20 years. When Mel is not working he’s enjoying the second love of his life — a 2006 Yamaha FJR1300 Sport Touring motorcycle. During the last week of July every year you can only find him riding through the breathtakingly beautiful mountains of West Virginia and North Carolina (Yes, he’s done the “Dragon’s Tail” at Deals Gap!). A pleasant break from the hot Alabama summer.
